Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 2 fresno chilies thinly diced
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 5 sprigs green onion thinly sliced
  • Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • Sauce Mix
  • 5 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Place a rack on a large baking sheet and preheat the oven to 250°F. Dry the wings with a paper towel then place in a large bowl. Add the baking powder, salt and pepper giving the chicken a good toss.
  • Place the wings skin side up in a single layer on the lower shelf of the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes.
  • After those 30 minutes are up, turn the oven up to 425°F. Rotate the tray and place the wings on a higher shelf and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  • While wings are cooling for a few minutes, mix the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce in a small bowl.
  • Transfer the wings to a large bowl and pour the sauce mixture over the wings and fresno chilies, tossing ensuring that each wing is covered in sauce.
  • Stack the wings high on a serving platter, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
