
Ingredients
- 200 g beef fillet diced in cube
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- SAUCE MIX
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp Butter
Instructions
- Marinate beef with Oyster Sauce, and set aside.
- Stir fry beef in high heat with vegetable oil until medium-well, add in the sauce mix, turn down the heat, mix well and then serve.
