Ingredients

  • 200 g beef fillet diced in cube
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • SAUCE MIX
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions

  • Marinate beef with Oyster Sauce, and set aside.
  • Stir fry beef in high heat with vegetable oil until medium-well, add in the sauce mix, turn down the heat, mix well and then serve.
