
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 200 g minced chicken/beef
- 100 g onion finely chopped
- 20 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- oil for frying
- DIPPING
- 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a small pan, add the onion and cook over a medium heat until just softened. Cool a little, then add the minced chicken with the Char Siu Sauce , breadcrumbs and ginger. Mix well, then shape into balls and set aside.
- Heat enough oil to deep-fry and when hot, carefully lower chicken balls into the oil and cook until golden and crisp.
- Mix together the dipping sauce and serve with the meatballs.
