Ingredients

  • 240 g salmon cut into 3cm tiles
  • 100 g prawns shell-off and deveined
  • MARINADE
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Tomato Garlic Stir-fry Sauce
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce
  • 20 g coriander finely chopped
  • 1 cm slice fresh ginger cut into fine matchsticks
  • 1 tsp cornflour

Instructions

  • Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate salmon and prawns for 10 minutes.
  • Arrange the salmon and prawns on a plate in alternate rows.
  • Steam for 10 minutes until cooked through and serve piping hot.

Notes

Alternative cooking method: pan- fry till done.
