MARINADE

Lee Kum Kee Tomato Garlic Stir-fry Sauce

Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce

coriander
finely chopped

slice fresh ginger
cut into fine matchsticks

Instructions
Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate salmon and prawns for 10 minutes.
Arrange the salmon and prawns on a plate in alternate rows.
Steam for 10 minutes until cooked through and serve piping hot.
Notes
Alternative cooking method: pan- fry till done.
