
Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken diced
- 50 g Cashew roasted
- ½ pc Green Bell Pepper diced
- ½ pc Red Bell Pepper diced
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- MARINADE
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Water
- SEASONING
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes.
- Sauté chicken to nearly cooked with oil. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper and seasoning, sauté well until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Add cashew and mix well. Ready to serve.
