Ingredients

  • 250 g Chicken diced
  • 50 g Cashew roasted
  • ½ pc Green Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ pc Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • MARINADE
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • SEASONING
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes.
  • Sauté chicken to nearly cooked with oil. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper and seasoning, sauté well until the chicken is completely cooked.
  • Add cashew and mix well. Ready to serve.
