
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170C and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
- Place chicken in a large bowl and sprinkle the gochujang kick over the chicken and toss to coat.
- Transfer the chicken to baking paper and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes per side.
- Turn heat up to 190C then cook for another 5 minutes or until brown and crispy.
