Beef Fried Rice with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. peas and carrots
  • 4 cups cooked rice preferably one day old
  • 2 whole eggs beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 8 oz. beef tri tip cut into think strips
  • Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Cook eggs with 1 tablespoon oil. Set aside.
  • Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes, add the rice and mix well.
  • Stir Premium Soy Sauce and Oyster Flavored Sauce. Stir well until rice is well coated with sauce.
  • Add peas and carrots and green onion until heated through. Serve.
