Preheat oven to 200c/180c fan.
In a large bowl, add the wings, garlic, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce , Sichuan pepper, chili sauce and Lee Kum Kee Table Top Seasoned Rice Vinegar . Toss well and spread on baking tray.
Drizzle them with the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and sprinkled with black pepper.
Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until crisp.
Sprinkle spring onions on top and serve.
