Coat pork ribs in the marinade and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven at 200°C . or 180°C fan oven.
Place the marinated pork ribs on a wire rack over baking tray. Roast in the middle level of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove pork ribs from oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Place remaining marinade into a pot and reduce over medium heat until thickens. Pour the sauce on the pork ribs. Serve with rice.
