Chinese Barbecued Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 850 g pork ribs
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • MARINADE
  • 5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp corn flour
  • 5 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Coat pork ribs in the marinade and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven at 200°C . or 180°C fan oven.
  • Place the marinated pork ribs on a wire rack over baking tray. Roast in the middle level of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove pork ribs from oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Place remaining marinade into a pot and reduce over medium heat until thickens. Pour the sauce on the pork ribs. Serve with rice.
