Pour the marinade (Premium Oyster Sauce, with option to add in XO Sauce for extra flavour boost!) over a thawed whole chicken. Rub the marinade to coat all over the outside, marinate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat oven for 180°C (fan), cover the chicken with foil and roast for 45-50 mins.
Remove foil and increase temperature to 220°C/200c fan. Bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Let the chicken rest for 10 mins. Ready to serve.
