Mixed Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g mixed mushroom e.g. oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms
  • MARINADE
  • 5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • DIPPING SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white wine
  • ΒΌ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Use a small brush, clean the mushrooms, trim the stalks.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the mushrooms, toss and marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the dipping sauce.
  3. Barbecue the marinated mushrooms for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

The cooking time will depend on the heat from the barbecue
