mixed mushroom
e.g. oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms
MARINADE

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

of garlic
DIPPING SAUCE

Instructions
Use a small brush, clean the mushrooms, trim the stalks.
Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the mushrooms, toss and marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the dipping sauce.
Barbecue the marinated mushrooms for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

The cooking time will depend on the heat from the barbecue
