Spicy Hoisin King Prawns

Ingredients

  • 400 g Raw King Prawns
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • SAUCE MIX
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the king prawns to the pan, stirring occasionally. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Pour the sauce mix over the prawns, stir and toss to coat them evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Arrange on serving platter and sprinkle the garlic over.
