Ingredients

Sweet potato
peeled and cubed into around 2 cm

Tbsp
Vegetable oil

Tbsp
Coconut milk

Tbsp
Desiccated coconut
toasted (optional)
Instructions
Coat sweet potatoes with oil and roast at 200 degree for 15-20 mins until the edges turns brown.
Stir well the sweet potatoes with sauce mix. Serve hot or cold.
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut just before serving.
