Pat dry the scallops with kitchen paper, then marinate them for 30 minutes.
For Outdoor BBQ Cooking: Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn the scallops and brush 1 tsp of sauce on top, then cook for another 2 minutes.
For Air Fryer: Cook at 200°C for 3 minutes. Turn the scallops and brush 1 tsp of sauce on top, then cook for another 2 minutes.
