
Ingredients
- 240 g salmon cut into 3cm tiles
- 100 g prawns shell-off and deveined
- MARINADE
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Tomato Garlic Stir-fry Sauce
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce
- 20 g coriander finely chopped
- 1 cm slice fresh ginger cut into fine matchsticks
- 1 tsp cornflour
Instructions
- Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate salmon and prawns for 10 minutes.
- Arrange the salmon and prawns on a plate in alternate rows.
- Steam for 10 minutes until cooked through and serve piping hot.
Notes
Alternative cooking method: pan- fry till done.
