
Ingredients
- 6 oz. peas and carrots
- 4 cups cooked rice preferably one day old
- 2 whole eggs beaten
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 stalks green onion chopped
- 8 oz. beef tri tip cut into think strips
- Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Cook eggs with 1 tablespoon oil. Set aside.
- Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes, add the rice and mix well.
- Stir Premium Soy Sauce and Oyster Flavored Sauce. Stir well until rice is well coated with sauce.
- Add peas and carrots and green onion until heated through. Serve.
