
Ingredients
- 850 g pork ribs
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- MARINADE
- 5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- ½ tsp corn flour
- 5 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Coat pork ribs in the marinade and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 200°C . or 180°C fan oven.
- Place the marinated pork ribs on a wire rack over baking tray. Roast in the middle level of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove pork ribs from oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- Place remaining marinade into a pot and reduce over medium heat until thickens. Pour the sauce on the pork ribs. Serve with rice.
