Chinese BBQ Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Pork Ribs
  • MARINADE
  • 8 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Spare Rib Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Marinate the ribs for 60 minutes.
  • For Outdoor BBQ Cooking: Place the ribs with all the marinade in a BBQ foil tray and cover it with foil. Cook it over low to medium heat for 50 minutes.
  • For Oven Cooking: Wrap the ribs with foil and cook at 180°C (or Fan 160°C) for 1 hour. Then remove the foil, baste, and roast for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
