
Ingredients
- 24 Chicken wings
- 2 Garlic cloves crushed
- 2 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce
- 3 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Table Top Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp ground Sichuan pepper
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- 3 Spring onions chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200c/180c fan.
- In a large bowl, add the wings, garlic, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce , Sichuan pepper, chili sauce and Lee Kum Kee Table Top Seasoned Rice Vinegar . Toss well and spread on baking tray.
- Drizzle them with the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and sprinkled with black pepper.
- Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until crisp.
- Sprinkle spring onions on top and serve.
