Ingredients

  • 24 Chicken wings
  • 2 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce​
  • 3 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Table Top Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp ground Sichuan pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 3 Spring onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200c/180c fan.
  • In a large bowl, add the wings, garlic, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce , Sichuan pepper, chili sauce and Lee Kum Kee Table Top Seasoned Rice Vinegar . Toss well and spread on baking tray.
  • Drizzle them with the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and sprinkled with black pepper.
  • Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until crisp.
  • Sprinkle spring onions on top and serve.
