- Sugar 2-3 tsp
- Grated Ginger 30g
- Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
- Corn Starch 1½ tsp
- Shrimp Paste

Instruction:
- 1. Wash and cut the pork neck fillet into half inch cubes. Add Koon Chun Fine Shrimp Sauce, sugar, ginger, wine and corn starch.
- 2. Steam in medium high heat for 10 minutes. Top with some fresh cut scallion and serve.
