Ingredients

  • Sugar 2-3 tsp
  • Grated Ginger 30g
  • Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
  • Corn Starch 1½ tsp
  • Shrimp Paste

Instructions

Instruction:

  • 1. Wash and cut the pork neck fillet into half inch cubes. Add Koon Chun Fine Shrimp Sauce, sugar, ginger, wine and corn starch.
  • 2. Steam in medium high heat for 10 minutes. Top with some fresh cut scallion and serve.
