Grilled Chicken in Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken Thigh fillets boneless
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat frying pan to medium heat. Place chicken thighs and cook till they turn golden brown.
  • Lower heat and add Sauce mix. Turn chicken thighs to coat in sauce. Cook till sauce is reduced and sticky.
  • Cut it into bite-sized pieces. Serve

Notes

Cut any thick part of a chicken thigh into half to ensure the meat is of equal thickness.
Best serve with rice
