
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Wings
- MARINADE
- 8 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- BRUSH
- 4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the wings for 30 minutes. Mix the brushing sauces and set them aside.
- For Outdoor BBQ Cooking: Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning regularly. Brush the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- For Oven Cooking: Cook at 190°C (or Fan 170°C) for 20 minutes. Turn the wings and roast for another 10 minutes. Brush the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- For Air Fryer Cooking: Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes. Turn the wings and brush with the sauce. Cook for another 15 minutes.
