
Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken Thigh fillets boneless
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
Instructions
- Marinate chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat frying pan to medium heat. Place chicken thighs and cook till they turn golden brown.
- Lower heat and add Sauce mix. Turn chicken thighs to coat in sauce. Cook till sauce is reduced and sticky.
- Cut it into bite-sized pieces. Serve
Notes
Cut any thick part of a chicken thigh into half to ensure the meat is of equal thickness.
Best serve with rice
