
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken thighs
- 1 Finely chopped spring onion optional
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds optional
- MARINADE
- 5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce Honey BBQ marinade
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
- 10 g 1tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Mix chicken with the marinade, and set aside in the refrigerator for minimum an hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place chicken on a baking tray for 25 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Serve the chicken and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
