Ingredients

  • 300 g beef rib s [cut into pieces]
  • ½ pc bell pepper s [Green, shredded]
  • ½ pc bell pepper s [Red, shredded]
  • ½ pc onion s [shredded]
  • 2 pcs shallots [sliced]
  • Marinade
  • 1 Tbsp. Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil pure
  • 1 tsp. cooking wine
  • 1 tsp. corn starch
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. water
  • ½ tsp. corn starch

Instructions

  • Mix beef ribs with marinade.
  • Pan-fry beef ribs in 2 Tbsp oil until done. Drain.
  • Stir-fry shallots, onion and bell peppers for about 1 minute in the remaining oil.
  • Add beef ribs, sauce mix and heat through.
