
Ingredients
- 4 oz. zucchini julienne
- 2 oz. carrots julienne
- 4 oz. squash julienne
- 4 oz. shitake mushrooms sliced
- 8 oz. chow mein noodles
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 5 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 8 oz. beef tri tip cut into thin strips
- Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to direction.
- In a heated non-stick skillet pan, add 3 Tbsp. of oil to pan. Fry chow mein noodles until brown and crisp.
- Stir-fry beef with 2 Tbsp. oil for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables, Oyster Sauce, Hoisin Sauce and sugar.
- Stir the mixture until coated with sauce for 2 minutes. Add water, cook until heated through.
- Pour over pan fried noodles.
