Ingredients

  • 400 g Sweet potato peeled and cubed into around 2 cm
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp Desiccated coconut toasted (optional)

Instructions

  • Coat sweet potatoes with oil and roast at 200 degree for 15-20 mins until the edges turns brown.
  • Stir well the sweet potatoes with sauce mix. Serve hot or cold.
  • Sprinkle with desiccated coconut just before serving.
