
Ingredients
- 400 g Sweet potato peeled and cubed into around 2 cm
- 3 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp Coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Desiccated coconut toasted (optional)
Instructions
- Coat sweet potatoes with oil and roast at 200 degree for 15-20 mins until the edges turns brown.
- Stir well the sweet potatoes with sauce mix. Serve hot or cold.
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut just before serving.
